Casinos and sportsbooks are required to have an annual EverPass subscription to be eligible to purchase a subscription for the games; pricing available upon request. Additionally, the games will be broadcast locally on television in each of the home and away team markets, for their respective games. Programming is subject to change and subject to terms and restrictions.
