EverPass Media Announces Two Senior Leadership Appointments
Ryan Blood joins as Chief Content Officer & Noah Fischbach as Chief Product Officer
Seasoned leadership appointments advance EverPass’ product innovation and premium content strategy
NEW YORK, NY – January 06, 2026 – EverPass Media (“EverPass” or the “Company”), the premier media platform delivering premium live sports content to commercial businesses, today announced that Ryan Blood has joined the company as Chief Content Officer and Noah Fischbach as Chief Product Officer. Together, the two leaders bring decades of experience across the sports, media and technology sectors. In these roles, Mr. Blood will oversee the Company’s growing lineup of live sports, including content expansion and premium rights acquisitions, and Mr. Fischbach will lead product strategy across the company’s streaming platform, content management tools and in-venue marketing and engagement technology. Both Mr. Blood and Mr. Fischbach will report to CEO Alex Kaplan.
These strategic hires reinforce EverPass’ continued investment in creating a best-in-class commercial streaming and engagement platform that is purpose-built for the business market. As EverPass expands its rights portfolio and advances product innovation, this strengthened leadership bench will guide the company’s content strategy, deepen partnerships and ensure the platform continues to evolve with the needs of bars, restaurants, hotels and other commercial venues nationwide.

Ryan Blood Bio
Mr. Blood joins EverPass with more than 20 years of experience across sports media, content strategy and distribution. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Distribution for Disney and ESPN Media, overseeing national distribution across linear, transactional and direct-to-consumer platforms. In this role, he managed relationships with Amazon, DIRECTV, Dish, Microsoft, Target, Marriott, Kroger, LG and other top partners. Prior to Disney, Mr. Blood held senior roles in content strategy and programming acquisitions at Verizon, where he led renewals across the Fios TV and Wireless portfolios and earlier served as Vice President, Content at AT&T Entertainment Group, negotiating programmer agreements across AT&T and DIRECTV platforms. Mr. Blood holds a B.S. in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and a J.D. in Sports and Entertainment Law from the University of Pittsburgh. He also serves on the executive board of Regular Hero, a nonprofit supporting at-risk youth.
Noah Fischbach Bio
Mr. Fischbach brings more than 20 years of experience leading product and technology innovation across sports, media and entertainment to EverPass. He spent eight years at the National Football League, rising to Vice President of Emerging Products & Technology, where he helped build the League’s modern digital ecosystem across NFL.com, Fantasy Football, Club Sites, mobile platforms and TV Everywhere products. At the NFL, he also served as the architect of the NFL’s Next Gen Stats platform, deploying the League’s first on-field player-tracking system and managing large cross-functional teams supporting all major digital initiatives. Following the NFL, Mr. Fischbach served as Senior Vice President, Products at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where he led product strategy for Crackle across more than 30 platforms and worked closely with major distribution partners, including Apple, Google, Amazon and leading connected-TV ecosystems. He later served as Senior Vice President & GM of Sports at Gracenote | Nielsen, where he guided development of the company’s unified sports data platform and oversaw integration of multiple acquired sports data businesses. Mr. Fischbach holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University.
