Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are invited attendees of the EverPass BRE Happy Hour at Yardbird Table and Bar, 3355 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 on March 24, 2026. Void where prohibited. EverPass Media II, LLC is the Sweepstakes sponsor. The Sweepstakes runs on March 24, 2026.

1. DESCRIPTION: The EverPass Super Bowl LXI Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins and ends on March 24, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entry is available only during the EverPass BRE Happy Hour event at Yardbird Table and Bar, 3355 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. The winner will be selected by random drawing on March 25, 2026, after the conclusion of the event. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant (“Participant”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with, abide by, and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of EverPass Media II, LLC (the “Sponsor”). Further, the Participant accepts and agrees that the decision of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island and U.S. territories and possessions), who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, have a valid email address, and are physically present at the EverPass BRE Happy Hour event at Yardbird Table and Bar on March 24, 2026. Individuals in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win prizes in the Sweepstakes: (i) any employee of EverPass Media II, LLC, its parents, affiliates, or subsidiaries; (ii) immediate family members of such employees; (iii) individuals involved in the development, production, or distribution of Sweepstakes materials or prizes. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Entry is available only in person at the EverPass BRE Happy Hour at Yardbird Table and Bar, 3355 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 on March 24, 2026. To enter, Participant must provide their full name, valid email address, and phone number to an EverPass representative at the event. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Only individuals physically present at the event and invited by EverPass may enter. All entries must be submitted before the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Late entries are void. By entering, Participant agrees to receive promotional communications from Sponsor. Additional submissions by the same person will be void. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

4. WINNER DETERMINATION: One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on March 25, 2026. Odds depend on the number of entries received. Sponsor decisions are final.

5. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. PRIZE: One (1) prize consisting of two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LXI on February 14, 2027 (Approximate Retail Value: $4,000). Travel, lodging, and other expenses are not included. Winner is responsible for taxes and may receive an IRS Form 1099. Prize is non-transferable and may be substituted by Sponsor for equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes where permitted by law.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified via email. Failure to respond within seven (7) days or complete required documentation may result in forfeiture. Forfeited prizes will not be re-awarded.

8. GENERAL RULES: Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor decisions. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or other issues affecting participation. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if necessary. Information collected will be used per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://everpass.com/about-us/privacy-policy/.

9. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Governed by New York law. Disputes resolved individually (no class actions). Participants waive certain damages and claims to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with or disrupts the Sweepstakes or violates these rules.

11. INVALIDITY: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

12. DATA COLLECTION: Participant information will be collected and used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

13. WINNERS LIST: Email support@everpass.com before May 24, 2026.
