EverPass Streaming Readiness Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT CUSTOMERS OF EVERPASS MEDIA II, LLC THAT ARE IN GOOD STANDING AND MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW. THE INDIVIDUAL PRIZE RECIPIENT MUST BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES WHO IS 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF PRIZE AWARD. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. EVERPASS MEDIA II, LLC IS THE SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR. THE SWEEPSTAKES RUNS FROM JULY 24, 2026 TO AUGUST 21, 2026.

1. DESCRIPTION: The EverPass Streaming Readiness Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on August 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each eligible commercial establishment customer (each, a “Participating Customer”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with, abide by, and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of EverPass Media II, LLC (the “Sponsor”). Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to commercial establishment customers of Sponsor located in the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island and U.S. territories and possessions), that have purchased or subscribed to an eligible EverPass NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription for the 2026-2027 NFL season and are in good standing with Sponsor at the time of entry and prize award, including being current and up to date on payment obligations. Each Participating Customer may designate one of its employees, owners, operators, or authorized representatives to receive the Prize (the “Prize Recipient”). The Prize Recipient must be actively employed by, or otherwise authorized to act on behalf of, the winning Participating Customer at the time of award, must be a legal resident of the United States, and must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of award. The Prize Recipient’s guest must also be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Individuals in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win prizes in the Sweepstakes: (i) employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, or subsidiaries; (ii) immediate family members of such individuals, including spouses, dependents, siblings, parents, children, and each of their respective spouses; (iii) individuals residing in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not; and (iv) individuals or entities engaged in the development, production, administration, advertising, or promotion of the Sweepstakes or the prize. Government entities, government officials, and public-sector customers are not eligible unless approved in writing by Sponsor before entry. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may send eligible Participating Customers an email or other communication inviting them to complete Sponsor’s streaming readiness checklist (the “Streaming Readiness Checklist”), currently available at https://everpass.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Streaming-Readiness-Checklist-V1.pdf, as it may be updated from time to time by Sponsor. After a Participating Customer completes the Streaming Readiness Checklist, the Participating Customer may receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by clicking the link or completing the form confirming completion of the Streaming Readiness Checklist. Each participating Customer that receives a Sweepstakes invitation from Sponsor and has an eligible NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription may receive one (1) entry upon completing the foregoing steps. Limit one (1) checklist-based entry per eligible Participating Customer location during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to audit any submitted information and to disqualify any entry that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, to be incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicative, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered emails, any Participating Customer’s failure to receive an email, or any incorrect or inaccurate information included in a Participating Customer’s registered account with Sponsor.

   NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. Making a purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

4. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter the Prize drawing without completing the Streaming Readiness Checklist, any eligible current EverPass commercial establishment customer may hand print its business name, business address, contact name, email address, and telephone number on a 3” x 5” paper and mail the entry in a hand-addressed #10 envelope, with a First Class postage stamp affixed, to: EverPass Media II, LLC, 200 W. Adams St., Suite 2905, Chicago, IL 60606, Attn: Streaming Readiness Sweepstakes. By sending in a paper entry, such entrant shall be deemed a Participating Customer and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 21, 2026 and received by August 28, 2026 to be included in the Prize drawing. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per eligible Participating Customer location.

   No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Online entries and mail-in entries that are late, lost, misdirected, illegible, postage due, incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

5. WINNER DETERMINATION: Sponsor will select one (1) winning Participating Customer in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, using a random selection method selected by Sponsor. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 21, 2026, after the close of the Sweepstakes Period and after eligible mail-in entries have been received. The potential winning Participating Customer is subject to verification by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s records are the official records and timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

   The winning Participating Customer will be contacted by email at the email address registered with its account with Sponsor or, in the case of a mail-in entry, at the email address included on the mailed entry. The winning Participating Customer must respond within seven (7) days after notification and must designate one eligible Prize Recipient. Failure to respond within the required period, failure to designate an eligible Prize Recipient, failure to comply with these Official Rules, or prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winning Participating Customer from among all remaining eligible entries.

   The winning Participating Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Prize Recipient completes and returns Sponsor’s prize acceptance, eligibility certification, liability release, publicity release where lawful, employer authorization, tax documentation, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor (collectively, “Prize Documentation”) within seven (7) days after issuance. The winning Participating Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and the Released Parties from and against any claims arising out of or in connection with the winning Participating Customer’s selection of the Prize Recipient, the Prize Recipient’s participation in the Sweepstakes, and any claims made by the Prize Recipient or guest against the Released Parties.

6. PRIZE: One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of two (2) tickets to one (1) 2026 NFL regular season game in the 50 United States during the period beginning September 9, 2026 and ending January 13, 2027 (the “Award Period”), selected by the winning Participating Customer subject to availability and Sponsor approval. Sponsor has sole discretion to determine the location of seats, which may vary by game. Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is between $500 and $1,000 and will not exceed $1,000. Actual value depends on the selected game.

   The Prize does not include travel, lodging, meals, parking, ground transportation, insurance, gratuities, personal expenses, or any other costs or expenses not expressly listed in these Official Rules. All such expenses are the sole responsibility of the Prize Recipient and guest. The Prize Recipient and guest must be available to attend a game during the Award Period. If the Prize Recipient or guest cannot attend a game during the Award Period, the Prize may be forfeited and the winning Participating Customer may be asked to name a replacement Prize Recipient. If no replacement Prize Recipient is named by [insert replacement deadline], Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winning Participating Customer from among all remaining eligible entries.

   The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions are permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. The Prize is awarded “as is” without warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. The Prize is subject to availability and to all ticket issuer, event, venue, team, league, and NFL terms and conditions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, inaccessible, or invalid tickets after delivery. Tickets may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose by the Prize Recipient or guest.

   All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Recipient. Prize Recipient may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and may be issued an IRS Form 1099 depending on the value of the Prize and applicable reporting requirements. Sponsor may require the winning Participating Customer and Prize Recipient to complete and return Prize Documentation before awarding the Prize. Failure to timely complete and return Prize Documentation may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.

7. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, designees, and those acting with its authority to use, adapt, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, transmit, broadcast, and otherwise use the winning Participating Customer’s name, commercial venue name, city and state, and the Prize Recipient’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information, in whole or in part, worldwide and in perpetuity, for advertising, trade, promotional, and marketing purposes related to Sponsor and its products and services, in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval. Tennessee residents will not be required to agree to a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize. Sponsor will not use any winner information in a manner that is misleading or defamatory, and Sponsor may include any disclosures required by applicable law in connection with such use.
8. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE: By entering, each Participating Customer agrees to: (i) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (ii) release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective past and present officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, employees, agents, attorneys, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, liabilities, losses, and damages of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, creation or submission of an entry, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, attendance at or travel to any game, or any publicity or privacy rights relating to the Sweepstakes; and (iii) indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to Participating Customer’s participation in the Sweepstakes, selection of the Prize Recipient, or the Prize Recipient’s or guest’s acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participating Customers, technical errors, or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware, software, servers, internet service providers, websites, or email systems; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries; (v) lost, late, delayed, misdirected, undeliverable, illegible, incomplete, stolen, postage-due, or corrupted entries; or (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.

   If a Participating Customer’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, destroyed, or corrupted, Participating Customer’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if feasible. Only the Prize described in these Official Rules will be awarded.

10. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION: If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including due to governmental order, force majeure, administrative or other error, transmission failure, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupts or affects the security, administration, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the original end date, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received through all entry methods as of the date and time of termination.
11. DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participating Customer, Prize Recipient, guest, or individual who Sponsor determines has tampered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, acted in violation of these Official Rules, submitted false or misleading information, attempted to obtain more than the permitted number of entries, acted in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, unfair, or harassing manner, or attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person or entity to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, each Participating Customer agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or the Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively through final and binding arbitration. All questions or issues arising out of these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes, or the rights and responsibilities of Sponsor, Participating Customer, Prize Recipient, or guest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York. Participating Customer consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in New York for any proceeding not subject to arbitration. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any advertising, promotional, or other materials relating to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules will govern and control.

    Under no circumstances will any Participating Customer, Prize Recipient, or guest be permitted to obtain awards for, and each hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, attorneys’ fees, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Sweepstakes. Each Participating Customer, Prize Recipient, and guest waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

13. DATA COLLECTION: By entering the Sweepstakes, Participating Customer understands that it is providing information directly to Sponsor. Sponsor may collect and store business contact information, commercial venue information, Streaming Readiness Checklist confirmation information, and Prize Documentation. Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://everpass.com/about-us/privacy-policy/. Participating Customer agrees that Prize Documentation and any necessary personal information of the Prize Recipient or guest may be shared with Sponsor’s affiliates, prize suppliers, tax advisors, and other necessary third parties for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, awarding the Prize, tax reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and other purposes reasonably related to the Sweepstakes. The terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail in any conflict between these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as applied to this Sweepstakes.

    For the avoidance of doubt, the National Football League (“NFL”), its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, NFL International LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives, and employees are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for its administration, fulfillment, or any Prize awarded.
