Get the facts before Week 1.
NFL Sunday Ticket for bars, restaurants, and other commercial venues is changing.
Here’s what your business needs to know.
EverPass is the only authorized commercial platform for NFL Sunday Ticket starting with the 2026–2027 season — our third year delivering it to bars and restaurants, and our first as the exclusive home.
The prior distribution agreement with DIRECTV for Business expired February 26, 2026. There are no active negotiations with any other provider. EverPass is the only legal and compliant path forward.
Why EverPass exists
Sports are moving to streaming.
EverPass was built to get your venue ready.
Live sports rights are increasingly moving to streaming platforms — and for commercial venues, that shift has created a real challenge: premium content spread across multiple providers, with no simple, authorized way for businesses to access and manage it all in one place. EverPass was built to solve exactly that — and with 4,000+ live events, partnerships across every major streaming provider, and a platform built on years of commercial streaming experience, we’re ready for this one.
One platform for premium sports
NFL Sunday Ticket, Peacock Sports Pass, ESPN+, and select programming from Apple TV, Prime Video, Paramount+, Netflix and more — brought together in one interface built and licensed for commercial use.
Built for businesses
At the center of EverPass is EverPass Core — the management platform that powers everything. Screen control, smart scheduling, centralized content management, and remote access across one or many locations. Purpose-built for venue staff, not IT professionals.
Here to help venues adapt
We know this transition takes work. Quick-start guides, onboarding resources, and a team focused on making the switch as practical and cost-effective as possible.
What this means for your venue
Which describes you?
Your DIRECTV for Business subscription will not carry over, but EverPass is here to make the transition as easy as possible.
The commercial distribution agreement between EverPass and DIRECTV for Business for NFL Sunday Ticket expired on February 26, 2026. DIRECTV for Business is no longer authorized to provide NFL Sunday Ticket to commercial establishments. To continue showing out-of-market Sunday games in your venue this season, you need to set up a new account with EverPass.
If you rely on DIRECTV for Business for local channels or other sports networks, you can keep that service alongside EverPass — it doesn’t need to be replaced.

NFL Sundays are your highest-revenue days of the week.
NFL Sunday Ticket gives your venue every live out-of-market game — so fans of any team have a reason to come to you, every Sunday of the season.
If satellite complexity kept you from adding it before, that’s no longer the story. EverPass is streaming-based — which means:
- No satellite dish, roof penetrations, or line-of-sight requirements
- No rain fade or weather-related signal loss
- No truck roll, installation appointments, or landlord approvals
- Activate quickly and add screens without running additional cable

Your NFL Sunday Ticket questions, answered.
- What is NFL Sunday Ticket?
A premium out-of-market sports package broadcasting all out-of-market Sunday afternoon NFL games not available on your local CBS or FOX affiliate. Available only in the US, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.
- Can I use YouTube TV to show NFL Sunday Ticket at my business?
No. YouTube TV is a residential product and is not licensed for commercial use in bars, restaurants, or other commercial establishments. Using it in your venue creates compliance risk including potential service interruption and legal exposure. NFL Sunday Ticket for commercial venues is only available through EverPass.
- What games are included in NFL Sunday Ticket?
Every live out-of-market Sunday afternoon regular-season game on CBS and FOX. Not included: local in-market games, Sunday Night Football on NBC, Monday Night Football on ESPN/ABC, Thursday Night Football, Black Friday, Christmas Day, certain international games, or postseason games. EverPass also carries Thursday Night Football via Prime Video and Peacock NFL holiday exclusives through its content partnerships.
- Why are some Sunday afternoon games not available to me?
NFL Sunday Ticket doesn’t include games broadcast in your local market on FOX or CBS. Local market is determined by your venue’s geographic location and NFL market designations — not by what channels you have access to.
- What’s the difference between a local blackout and an out-of-market game?
If a game is your local market’s designated broadcast on CBS or FOX, it won’t be available through NFL Sunday Ticket regardless of your TV setup. All other Sunday afternoon games will be available.
- Why is NFL Sunday Ticket shifting from satellite to streaming?
The shift to streaming is part of the broader evolution of sports media, following many technological transitions that have reshaped how fans watch live events. EverPass is specifically designed for this environment, giving venues a practical way to modernize with the industry, and we are working to make the transition as practical, seamless and cost-effective as possible.
- How do I get NFL Sunday Ticket for my business?
Starting with the 2026 NFL season, NFL Sunday Ticket for commercial establishments is available exclusively through EverPass via streaming. EverPass is the only authorized distributor for bars, restaurants, casinos, hotels, and other eligible commercial venues. Call (888) 726-1833.
- I heard there are still negotiations happening with DIRECTV for Business. Is that true?
No. DIRECTV for Business’s prior distribution agreement for NFL Sunday Ticket expired February 26, 2026. There are no active negotiations with DIRECTV for Business or any other provider. EverPass is the exclusive commercial rightsholder and has been since 2023.
- I had NFL Sunday Ticket through DIRECTV for Business. What do I need to do?
Your DIRECTV for Business subscription will not carry over. To continue showing out-of-market Sunday games, set up a new account with EverPass. Our quick-start guide will make the transition as easy as possible, and check out the resources on our website to help you get the most out of your subscription. If you rely on DIRECTV for Business for local channels or other sports networks, you can keep that service — it doesn’t need to be replaced. Still need help? Talk to someone on our team at (888) 726-1833.
- How do I stream NFL Sunday Ticket through Spectrum Business?
Spectrum Business customers with a Xumo Stream Box for Business can add the EverPass app with integrated billing. Contact Spectrum Business at (855) 269-3100.
- I’m already an EverPass customer. Do I need to do anything for the new season?
You’re set. Your subscription auto-renews and continues seamlessly — no action required. Questions about your plan or setup? Contact our support team.
- We operate multiple locations. How does EverPass handle that?
EverPass Core lets you schedule games, manage programming by location, and keep your setup organized from one dashboard across all your venues. Contact our team to configure the right approach for your footprint.
- Do I need EverPass Core, or can I get NFL Sunday Ticket on its own?
EverPass Core is required. It’s the management platform that powers your entire setup — scheduling games in advance, managing your screens from one dashboard, and accessing select complimentary programming from Apple TV, Prime Video, and Paramount+. The early-bird offer includes three months of EverPass Core at no additional cost.
- Do I need to replace all my hardware?
Not necessarily. NFL Sunday Ticket requires EverPass hardware or can be accessed through the Xumo Stream Box for Spectrum Business customers. Setup is straightforward and works with your existing screens.
- Will streaming hold up across 20+ screens on a busy Sunday?
EverPass is purpose-built for commercial venues — not a residential product adapted for business use. We manage over 4,000 live events and 600,000+ minutes of airtime annually, including NFL Christmas Day games and high-volume events. Minimum 10 Mbps per device recommended.
- My internet isn’t fast enough. What do I do?
Most bars and restaurants already have adequate bandwidth — minimum 10 Mbps per device. If you’re on a basic consumer plan or in a rural area, check with your ISP about business-class upgrades. If you have questions, please reach out to our team via the contacts at the bottom of this page. We can help assess readiness, provide setup guidance and support your business in preparing for streaming environments.
- What does NFL Sunday Ticket cost?
Pricing depends on your venue size and business classification. Contact us for a quote at (888) 726-1833.
- What will I pay compared to DIRECTV for Business?
Pricing is consistent with previous years. We’re offering up to 15% off for venues that sign up by June 30 — up to $1,500 off per location — plus three months of EverPass Core and up to six free streaming devices.
- Can I use my personal YouTube TV subscription at my business?
No. Personal NFL Sunday Ticket subscriptions through YouTube TV are licensed for residential use only. Businesses need a commercial license via EverPass or an authorized commercial distributor.
- What if I keep using a residential service or another unauthorized provider?
Using a residential product in a commercial setting creates real legal and compliance exposure — potential service interruption, financial penalties, and legal liability. EverPass works directly with the NFL on authorization and compliance enforcement.
- When do I need to sign up by?
The earlier the better — it gives you more time to get set up and test everything before Week 1. Early-bird pricing runs through June 30. Venues that sign up in August will still be accommodated, but have less runway before kickoff.
