Terms and Conditions
These NFL Sunday Ticket Offer Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern The NFL Sunday Ticket Offer promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by EverPass Media II, LLC (“EverPass”). By participating in the Promotion, Customer agrees to these Promotion Terms and to the applicable EverPass Master Subscription Agreement and/or Subscription Terms (collectively, the “Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and the Agreement, these Promotion Terms will control solely with respect to the Promotion.
The Promotion begins July 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET, unless extended by EverPass in its sole discretion (the “Promotion Period”). EverPass reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion; however, subject to Customer’s continued eligibility and compliance with these Promotion Terms and the Agreement, any such modification or termination will not materially affect orders accepted during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion is available only to qualifying commercial establishments physically located in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia that are new NFL Sunday Ticket customers, purchase NFL Sunday Ticket via EverPass for commercial use, satisfy EverPass credit and account requirements, and activate qualifying Services during the Promotion Period. This Promotion is limited to bars and restaurants and is not valid for any group deals, casinos, or sportsbook venues. This Promotion is not available to existing EverPass customers with an active NFL Sunday Ticket subscription. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Customer must maintain eligibility throughout the applicable Subscription Term to retain promotional pricing. EverPass may verify Customer eligibility at any time during the Promotion Period and the Subscription Term. If EverPass determines that a Customer is or has become ineligible, or has misrepresented its eligibility, EverPass may, in its sole discretion, revoke any promotional benefits and charge Customer the then-current standard commercial rates retroactively from the start of the applicable Subscription Term, and Customer shall reimburse EverPass for the full retail value of any equipment provided at no charge under this Promotion.
Eligible Customers will receive, per qualifying Authorized Location, a one-time discount of one thousand dollars ($1,000) off the EverPass NFL Sunday Ticket commercial subscription fees for the Initial Term, regardless of Customer’s fire code occupancy (“FCO”). An active annual EverPass Core Subscription is required to access NFL Sunday Ticket via EverPass and to qualify for the Promotion. EverPass Core is not discounted under this Promotion. Customer must maintain an active EverPass Core Subscription throughout the NFL Sunday Ticket Initial Term and may not cancel EverPass Core mid-season while Customer maintains an active NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription.
The discount applies only to NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription fees and does not apply to EverPass Core fees, taxes, regulatory fees, shipping and handling, installation, hardware charges, or other charges. All applicable taxes and fees are the responsibility of Customer. The discount will be applied at invoicing or as a bill credit, as determined by EverPass. Limit one (1) promotional offer per Authorized Location. The Promotion may not be combined with any other offer, promotion, rebate, discount, retention offer, save offer, closing tool, or other incentive unless expressly authorized by EverPass in writing.
Customers may also be eligible to receive EverPass’s standard included hardware for qualifying new customer NFL Sunday Ticket purchases at no additional hardware fee, currently up to five (5) devices based on Customer’s FCO tier, as determined by EverPass in accordance with its then-current hardware and pricing schedule. No additional complimentary devices, incremental hardware credits, or non-standard free equipment are included with this Promotion. Equipment eligibility, quantities, device models, configurations, and substitutions are determined by EverPass in its sole discretion based on Customer segment, FCO, technical requirements, device availability, and other operational considerations. Customer remains responsible for any applicable taxes, shipping and handling, installation, replacement costs, and other charges not expressly waived by EverPass. All Hardware remains subject to the Hardware provisions of the Agreement.
Payment is due at the time of sign-up unless Customer elects an available installment payment option approved by EverPass. Installment payment options are available only to new customers and must result in payment in full by January 1, 2027. Where Customer elects an installment payment plan for NFL Sunday Ticket, the $1,000 promotional discount will be divided and applied evenly across all scheduled installment payments, unless otherwise determined by EverPass.
The Promotion is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, and any attempted assignment or transfer is void. EverPass reserves the right to verify compliance with these Promotion Terms and investigate suspected fraud or abuse at any time. EverPass may review Customer accounts to confirm ongoing compliance with these Promotion Terms. If EverPass reasonably determines that a Customer’s account reflects inaccurate information, including business type, FCO, location, customer segment, new NFL Sunday Ticket customer status, or eligibility status, or otherwise does not meet the requirements of this Promotion or the Agreement, EverPass may correct Customer’s account information and determine Customer’s eligibility in accordance with these Promotion Terms and the Agreement. EverPass’s determination in such matters shall be final and binding.
NFL Sunday Ticket only includes out-of-market Sunday afternoon games and does not include games available in-market on local channels (CBS, FOX), NFL Network games, national NFL games, or select digital-only or international games. Customer’s NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription will automatically renew at the then-prevailing rate only if EverPass continues to distribute NFL Sunday Ticket at the time of renewal, unless Customer cancels in accordance with the NFL Sunday Ticket Terms. Customer’s EverPass Core Subscription will automatically renew in accordance with the Agreement and any other applicable Subscription terms at the then-prevailing rate unless Customer cancels in accordance with such terms.
All Subscriptions and promotions are subject to the terms of the EverPass Master Subscription Agreement located at https://everpass.com/customer-msa/. NFL Sunday Ticket Subscriptions are also subject to the NFL Sunday Ticket Terms located at https://everpass.com/content-terms/.
EverPass may communicate with Customer regarding this Promotion and related services via email, phone, or text message using the contact information provided. Customer hereby consents to receiving such communications, including via automated or prerecorded means, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Customer may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting EverPass at support@everpass.com, by replying STOP to applicable text messages, or by using any other reasonable opt-out method, but operational and transactional communications related to Customer’s account and Subscription will continue.
