Alex has worked at leading companies across the industry including Discovery (President & GM of golf division), NBA (SVP, Global Media Distribution) and 10 years with DIRECTV/AT&T overseeing revenue and entertainment. As a respected leader and visionary, Alex received SBJ’s and Multichannel News’ “Forty Under 40” awards.

Bryan Icenhower is the Chief Marketing Officer of EverPass Media. With a dynamic career spanning over 30 years, Bryan has expertly navigated the complex intersections of brand, property, and agency sectors with roles at industry giants such as Adidas, Coke, SFX / Live Nation, IMG, and Endeavor. Bryan founded his own marketing agency in 2007, which quickly evolved from a startup into a leading sports marketing agency. His leadership not only drove the company's growth but also led to its acquisition by Endeavor in 2017. Following the acquisition, Bryan played a crucial role in leading several key business verticals before leaving to help start EverPass, where he now spearheads marketing initiatives.

Matt co-founded UPshow, a streaming entertainment and marketing platform for TVs inside retail venues, acquired by EverPass Media in 2024. Previously, he led Playboy's social media growth, building and monetizing one of the largest audiences in publishing. Earlier, he launched social media campaigns for global brands like Taco Bell, HP, and Purina, blending creativity, technology, and strategy.

She joined EverPass through its acquisition of UPshow, where she spent six years building, leading, and expanding the People Operations function, driving growth, and fostering a people-first culture of excellence.
